I had to ask 4 of my friends for help to kill one mob, in a very dangerous zone (for lvl 75ers), all for my benefit. I loved being forced to log on to record the death timer for the mob, tracking him around the zone (he spawned invisible and ran 2x faster than everything else and would only become visible if you aggro'd him), but I realized after getting my gear that it was a decent sacrifice for those who came to help me as they were rewarded with nothing.
Compare this "everything can be solo-ed". You don't ask for help. People don't ask for help. Everyone keeps quiet...how is the community going to develop like that?
