Zone and teleport bug

Plz note this is not the first time this has happened to me but I thought I'd post this Cuase its a known issue on ps3 I was in gridania the first time this happened and i was zoning to another part of the city and I went through the tunnel as it was loading my ps3 froze on me and I restarted my system logged back in and picked my character and it did the whole load process with gridanias picture and my system froze again now im realizing this is a currupt file cuz i had to delete the game itself and all my files retaining to my characters and reinstall the game after i did this it let me back into the game. Second time though was when i was teleporting to quarrymill and the game pulls this bug once again on me after IV been playing for a couple hours would like to know if theres a permanent fix to this or no

Plz note both times were in gridania both tunnels leading to the market and the amphitheater have this problem near the aetheryte

You don't need to delete / reinstall the whole game - just remove the Game Save file for that particular character and you'll be able to login with it again. Keep the up to date backup of all the game save files and you can restore them after crash like that.
