Issue with opening the map in Sunken Temple of Qarn

Hi guys, mb someone can help me with my problem
yesterday i went in dungeon called "Sunken Temple of Qarn". Main reason i went there is to get achievment "mapping the realm : Sunken Temple of Qarn". But map doesnt open near the end of the dungeon. I try to go in dungeon several times, with different squad's, i though it may be some kind of glitch! But looks like it's not! Map won't open anyway =( I try to stay in the middle of the zone, or on top, still dosnt opened. And most strange that party member, who have PS3 version open the map succesfuly!
