Do you have FPS issues?

So I was running into FPS issues. Low ones at that. My build is as follows ::

Intel(R) Core(TM) i7-3820 CPU @ 3.60GHz (8 CPUs), ~4.1GHz
16GB RAM
Geforce GTX 660
Razer Lycosa Mirror Edition Keyboard
Razer Naga 2012 Mouse
24 Inch Acer Monitor
24 Inch Benq Gaming Monitor
Windows 7 Home Premium 64-bit
ATA WDC WD10EZEX-75Z 1TB

Now I should be pushing 60+ FPS no problem. Which I wasn't. So I adjusted a few settings in the game which did not help much. I put the game back on Maximum and had the same FPS as before. Now this is where it gets funny. I go to my power options for my computer and see it is on Power Saver mode. I switched it to performance and my FPS shot way up.

The reason I am typing this is for those that have tried everything in settings and such and know they should be getting more. Check your power options on the PC. That is what fixed mine and might help you.
