It\\'s been a few days and I haven\\'t had any reply from SE. It\\'s starting to be a little annoying and this does\\'t really show how committed SE is to solve such issues... Everyday that goes by my FC members grow more frustrated and we might have to talk to someone who would lisren. If there isn\\'t anythig you guys are willing to do, please let me know atleast, so I can take it to someone that will and can solve it, instead of just waiting. And please dont\\'t ask for anymire information, I think we gave enough and it\\'s time SE acted.

Someone who pays attention knows that they are prepping for the next live letter, scheduled early morning Friday.

Also, they have patch 2.1 coming 3 days later.

Maybe...

1. Your topic should be less generic and more detailed to the specific concerns you have, and
2. You should consider how much effort is being dedicated to piles of info AND content in less than one week.

If you mean the hacked thread, I hope you sent a ticket.
GMs won't help/discuss about hacked accounts here.
If he didn't, tell your friend to send a ticket, specifying that he lost his stuff and FCs due to being hacked… and wait about a month probably.

In order for me to submit your report, I will need some more information. You can go Here and you can find templates for Windows and PS3 that represent the kind of details we need. Once you can provide such information we can move forward and resolve this issue. For now I am going to move this thread into Insufficient Information. You will not be able to reply, so once you have gathered the requested data please create a new bug report thread.
