    Once FFXIV goes from f2p to pay, can you guys please switch to a diff. company?

    I really don't like click and buy...the customer service is rude, it's not a user friendly site...going through them to change anything on your account is like an act of congress...SE can you please pick a different company to deal with? What was wrong with play online?

    And what dev would I tag this to?

    Then just use paypal?

    I dont find ClickandBuy that bad, idk if it's different for UK but everyone I know here had no issues with it and I even got my card removed from it and changed within minutes. I found it seriously simple.
