Feedback after Myth item replacement

I got a Valor Coronet (PLD head armor, bought for Myth Tomestones) about two weeks ago. I got it while buying Thavnarian Mist. When I clicked the Thavnarian Mist, I ended up getting a Valor Coronet (this might be a bug, from what I've heard).

I contacted SE about it and gave them the necessary info about the matter. At the same time, I asked them if I could exchange the Valor Coronet (PLD) for an item of equal value, the Warrior's Burgeonet (WAR). They then said they'd contact me within a week by Mog Mail (after they had finished investigating).

The Mog letter was in my inbox the next day! Within, I found my Warrior's Burgeonet.

I'm very pleased with the quick response, and I'm also happy about how kind and polite they were the whole time. I tried to be kind in return, throughout the entire process.
