Loot Bug - I get nothing in return

My feedback, completely unacceptable that there is a bug that prevents me or anyone else in my party from receiving Allagan Heavy Boots that dropped in Turn 1 of coils. Submit bug report, and the response that i get was, sorry, but we aren't going to do anything about it. We know you didn't get the gear, but since it is special, we aren't going to give it to you, nor are we going to try and compensate you in any other way.

Here is a thought, if you can't give me the gear I earned, give the mythology tombs to buy the gear that is equal to what I should have received. I understand you have limitations, but just telling me, sorry about your bad luck, just isn't cool.

If you have a limitation within the system to provide the customer gear they earned, think outside the box, and give them something to compensate. I am not near as upset about the gear, as the fact that there wasn't even an attempt at trying to fix it. There was just a giant "SORRY".
