Use accuracy food. Or use melded gears with as much accuracy as you want. Accuracy materia are some of the cheapest so you could wait until patch 2.1 for the cost of crafting ilvl 70 gears to go down and craft/buy a couple of hq ilvl 70 gears and meld them with all the accuracy you want.
