    Grand Company Achievement Reward Not Given

    I completed the achievement for getting 500,000 Immortal Flame seals, and I looked through all of my inventory and armoury chest, and it doesn't look like the shield reward was given to me. Since there is a lot of teleporting during fates, maybe I had ported at the moment I got it? Not sure what happened, but I definitely don't have the item in my inventory.

    How do I get this fixed to where I can obtain my shield?

    Talk to Jonathas at Old Gridania by Apkallu Falls. This NPC gives rewards for all achievent items.

    We encourage you to attempt the suggestion offered by HEC. As you have not responded, we are going to go ahead and assume this has resolved.
