Future CT and Coil difficulty?

CT Tier 1 > Coil T1 > CT Tier 2 > Coil Tier 2 is the assumed order. We really don't know though, 2.3 is a long way away.

And that is my fear IF it turns out to be true. Adding content that is weaker than the last patch.
