    Chocobo bonus exp?

    How is the Chocobo bonus exp calculated?

    It seems pretty random...

    Without the FC Chocobo buff you will get 24%, 49%, 74% and 100% bonus.

    We had a 3 and 4 person party of level 50's we were getting up to 74% bonus.

    Then when we invited a lv 47 into the group we started getting 100% bonus.

    The bonus is not consistent, it goes something like this

    0%

    you get the idea... there's no pattern to it...

    The percentage is the same as the percentage your character receives. When you kill monsters within a certain amount of time from one another, you get a chain bonus. When you pull a monster and more link with it, you get a link bonus. All of those bonuses are added up and displayed when you earn exp. I can't remember the bonuses off the top of my head, but the more monsters you link (up to 4) and the faster you kill (up to chain 5) gives you increasingly more experience.
