Regarding upcoming PvP

I hate this 1000 char limit...

As a PvP player I am still waiting for answers to alot of the concerns I have for it:

PvP-gear/stats
- Haven't heard anything about the gear itself
- Main stat is 'Morale', but does it do anything else than lower received PvP damage?

PvP-skills
- Nothing heard for these either (excluding the one sshot)
- Cast times (BLM, SMN, WHM, SCH)
- CC-skill CDs

CC + Debuffs
- CC duration
- CC immunity timers and does each CC has its own immunity timer (Stun, Sleep, Root, Silence etc)
- Heal debuff (Incoming/Outgoing) ?
- CC removal. Skill or healer's job ? If a skill, then gives temp immunity for few seconds?
- Infinite Snare ?

Tank's Guard
- Going to be a skill for both tanks or for one or for none ?
- Removes all/some/magic/phys dmg from friendly ?

1st World Melee DPS Problems
- Hitting moving target (netsync) ?

Why do you need to know all this stuff in advance? Unless you have literally all the information of the additions and changes in 2.1, you can't formulate any strategies worth any measure of reliability.
