Steps:
Quest Mission (Ifrit Bleeds, We can kill it)
After Accept the quest I follow the quest line to Southern Thanalan to finish up the quest and open the door for Ifrit Hard Mode. However, the after attuning with the stone it showed that my quest is complete but some how is not and the door did not show up.
