That's the most BS logic I've ever read.
Even if bards can continuously DPS while moving, their DPS is total crap. Heck bards can't even hit for more than 700 with their full buffs.
Please, if you don't own a bard, stop making such BS statement.

As I said, Coil is irrelevant. We know i90 Bard is nothing compared to i90 everything else. It's what is before that which is where the balance is coming from.
I need to play Bard to know who's doing most damage? Since when is that necessary?
Which is where I hope SE figures out they made a huge mistake with touching bard, because if this pattern continues of omg a class does xyz damage on things that is not current end game and nerfs it, what will it be life as that class in future content. Again this is why I believe SE is only touching bard because of the QQ casuals who do not even know what they are doing as their classes most of which QQers are drgs and have not realized their full dps potential are going to mess up the game in terms of future content. I just wish SE would not listen to their cash cow(casuals) and cater to their needs without listening more to those currently in end game content. If you ask me, as I said, right now buff mages, buff whm, nerf scholar(going cleric, dotting, then going out of cleric keeps the cleric damage, which is broken) and well the only good thing in this whole class change is boosting warrior. Everything else is just a cater to the casuals, yes I just played drg, got my relic and was like omg this class is so easy how does some1 mess this up, again though when the tank moved the boss was like omg my combo but I recovered from that so fast it was funny. I just think bard right now does not need any messing with.
So where does your statement came from? From reading forums without actually having to play / test one? Wow, you must be a really reliable source then.
I myself created a Dragoon to actually see where they stand now, and yes, I can really say that Dragoons really need a tweak with their jumps.
One does not simply say that a class needs a buff / nerf with BS parsers alone.

I don't know if that's true. FFXI dictates SE isn't too keen on catering to casuals (SMN being trash for years). Catering to hardcore doesn't gain enough money. Only need to mildly keep them interested while making sure to get new players.
- Buff Mages: Probably unlikely due to Musketeer coming into the mix. True Bards will stay and those who only care for Ranged damage will go to Musketeer (probably intended). Mage dps being the highest currently anyway
- Buff WHM: Completely unnecessary. Some reworking of skills like Cure III but overall can't imbalance between this and SCH
- Nerf SCH: Due to the structure of ACN the cleric stance dancing works a little better in the SCH favour but how would you nerf this aspect?
I gave reasons why Bard warranted a nerf.
You didn't need to make Dragoon to see jumps are bad. Watch them use them on anything then watch them get hit by mechanics due to animation lock.
Just like you don't need a Monk to realise when bosses jump off screen for longer than 8 seconds, you're going to lose Greased Lightning stacks.
Some things you either notice or are told by people who live and breathe the class.

Where did you get this info?! FFXI has made SE more money then any other game they have ever made, go look it up.
