I'd have to say....that the best way to avoid this is to bring up a confirmation prompt:
"You are about to enter Turn 4, do you wish to proceed?"
Of course, until Turns 1-5 are in Duty Finder that is. Then use that for the new turns coming out or something.
Never let a random lead the group. If you can not join T1 because they, 'didnt make it past ADS' or 'killed ADS but failed on boss' or something, ask them to leave and find another. Again, NEVER put the random as leader and let them zone you in.
If you are pugging... kinda SOL on the current system. Report em and lick your wounds for this week.

Frankly - there should be NO lockout whatsoever - PERIOD! This nonsence with "extending" the content to keep players subs is pathetic, nothing else, same goes for any other daily / weekle "limits" without any other merits than prohibiting players to advance as they're pleased like tomestones etc. While I'm far from hitting most of the limits so far I feel this is unfair to people who migh not be able or willing to play every day or week and might want to do lot of content once a while - let's say over the holiday period or long weekend etc. I don't care if someone burns through the whole content "planned" for 3 months in a week or even less, it't their problem not mine and for those saying it will affect other players as well as less people will play / pay subs - well we can see that already now, some will complete content within a month, than cancel the sub for another two and rinse & repeat next patch, some will login once a week to "do their weekly limits" and you don't see them again until next week. Neither really benefit me or other "regular" players much anyway.
