How so? Is it a bad design to lock all of the abilities ADS has access to only for him to be granted a massive buff? Is it bad design to kill the node to lock rot or is that not dev intended? If not intended, why have it there in the first place? Killing all the nodes and letting ADS rage essentially does the same exact thing, it's just executed in a different way.

Turn 2 has always been a check and balance. You have the option to lock abilities on ADS by killing different nodes. You can even kill the node to lock Allagan Rot. Of course in doing so you buff ADS at the same time. Lock all abilities in exchange for a massive AOE that hits for 1600-1800 points of damage. Sounds alot like how everything else in the Turn was designed, don't you think?

We shouldn't have to kill any nodes at all and just fight ADS with full abilities. Please make this happen Square.

With this logic, what's the point in any strategy at all? Everyone should be doing the same exact thing at the same exact time, have the same cross class abilities, same macros, gear, race, personality, etc.

I don't know why this is such a big deal. Is it because person A found out about it before person B and all of a sudden there is a jealousy factor? Is it because people feel so small and insignificant that they have to tear down others to feel better about themselves? It can't be a morality thing. If so it makes us all hypocrites.

Options and new ideas aren't bad. I see the argument on how it might be construed as an exploit or "bad design", but people tend to ignore the entire point of the Turn and the logic behind it.
