Email Notification - Where is Setting?

I think these forums use the same engine as STO and Neverwinter, so I am sure I am doing something wrong here.

Where do I change the setting in my profile to allow me to get email notifications of threads I subscribed to? I have verified my email, it is correct. i have verified that the threads I subscribe to are "Instant, using Email" for the subscription.

It has to be something I am missing because if email notification didn't work my search would have found other thread(s) on this issue. What gives and how do I fix it?
