EU/NA Not loading / 90000 Error / 101201 Error

I've managed to see my character and get in queue a couple of times, but I always get 90k'd before being able to login. It then puts me back at square one with the Unable to obtain NA/EU world list.

Same issue. I am on Excalibur. I logged on to my other char on a JP server with no issue, so looks like its just NA/EU data center.

same issue here , get 90000, 2002, 10102, etc. can't seem to get into game Sargatanas server

Off Topic:
TWC sucks, I'm thinking of trying to converge the landlady to switch to Verizon. But she's Mexican and doesn't understand too well
I've had 6 repair techs visit in the last 2 weeks and all say the same thing. It's an issue with the network infrastructure in TWC and they need to fix it.
I've had connection issues with TWC when I had them 10 years ago, the only fix was switching to Verizon fios.

I'm having the same issue and so are two of my friends. Excalibur server for all three us. The game worked so well yesterday(sunday) but was horrible friday and saturday. Now its unplayable again, which is so lame!

Edit: all 3 of us are on time warner in california.
