Looks like the issue is gone, I have been pinging and the packet loss diminished gradually. I am not sure what happened a couple of hours ago though.
Yeah Same here me and my friends are using TWC in Diabolos. Never lagged before today but today is just unbearable the game is really unplayable right now

Seem's it's like all TWC carriers are having problems with FFXIV Servers, but I don't understand, can easily stream, watch movies or even play another established well balanced online game: League of legends, Starcraft 2, Diablo 3, Tera, Aion... Without any sign of internet latency problems!
online chat with twc support, they reset the modem from their end. Then asked me to unplug it for a min, then plug it in. Then deleted all files in %temp%. Seems to be working okay after that... for now.
What baffles me is that I played this game for over a week I've never had problems like this before today afternoon. I wonder if this problem is going to fix the kinks itself or it will be a persists. If its going to be always like this then i guess i'm done playing this game. I'm on the PS3 I can't connect through VPNs because in order to do that I'd have to make my whole router to connect to the VPN and i'm not the only one using the router.
Edit: It works fine now. Didn't really do anything just waited and Logged on a bit later. everything's fine.

I'm having Issues too. Once last night Halfway through Garuda HM and this morning. Got 9k Error.
BT, UK, 100meg Fibre optic. Only started happening yesterday.
It seems that there have not been any further posts about this concern being an ongoing issue. Because of this, we are considering it to be resolved.
