I'm sure SE knows, however why they've chosen to keep the caps/thresholds secret boggles my mind. Part of me thinks they rolled out the materia aspect of the game halfheartedly.

I'm sure someone out there can make an argument supporting why SE should keep these caps/thresholds secret up until the moment you attempt to meld materia, but I doubt it'd be a good one.

I'm more interested in what SE has to say regarding all of this and see if they'd reconsider keeping item stat caps/thresholds secret (up until the moment the meld is attempted).
