Since we can only get one item per week,
what's the incentive for players to stay once they get theirs?

Probably the 30 minute leave penalty. But thats only for first player (unless it is different for 24 man).
my guess would be tomes at the end is reason enough to stay
30min wait is nothing still. People will get their gear, leave, and craft/gather for 30mins.
I have a feeling the WP will still be more efficient. I didn't see a spot on the patch notes that tells how many philosophy or mythology tomestones CT gives.
Integrity? Hopefully? :x
A true paladin... will sheathe his sword.
If it's easy enough it could be a change of pace for tomes. Still unknown how much it will offer though. Honestly I think I'm going to find it hard to find time to do it more than needed due to all the new daily quests/duty roulette stuff.
So far it seems like there is only one chest at the end which drops 4 items per 8-man party, so you will have to see the run to the end to get any loot at all either way.
Most people would rather finish CT for the tombs, I cant imagine items only dropping near the start. Since when has that every happened in any game? A better question would be what is to tempt players to join runs once they have their item. I can answer that too, I don't think it will be a case of limited shouts for people needing it, I don't have trouble getting coil parties late in the week so why would CT be any different? It won't.

It looks to me like after each boss chests A, B, and C will appear. Party A can only open and lot on gear from chest A etc. I really doubt they would make it so all the chests appear after the final boss.
