Raid times are flexible, but looking to do at least 4 days a week, just to get turn 5 experience down. T1 - T4 usually downed in the first night.

I wouldn't limit yourself to looking for people with +1 relics. It's actually smarter for tanks and healers to get iLvl 90 armor before +1 relic.
