Apparently this is updated as of January 25th. It's probably not completely accurate but it's probably at least somewhat accurate to compare the servers relative to each other

I have my main and play on Cactuar with my friends, but sometimes i play really late in the evenings / early mornings, and i have been thinking of making an alt on a more populated and more active server at those hours where most of NA is already sleeping.

i have even contemplated making an alt on a JP server, i just want to see more people running around while questing, doing dailies or farming in a zone than being the only player in the zone, i guess i'll just make a home made board with all the server names and close my eyes and throw a dart and make an alt on whatever server it falls on and see how populated it is. XD
