Blacklist full (200/200)

Hi all, first time posting on the forums.

I've been playing since launch, and for a while now my blacklist has been full. Generally most days I log in, RMT spam tells throughout my playtime (the same one will keep doing it until I block them) and usually have to blacklist about 3-5 players with names like djskl djsklfjkl. I regularly remove old names on my blacklist that are "deleted" characters, but my blacklist is constantly full or near full.

Is everyone else having a similar problem or have a near full blacklist?

Also, if the "special task force" can't seem to have any real effect on crippling game spam, could they at least allow a higher cap than 200 for blacklisting gil-spam?

Mm..nope..my blacklist is only about 20/200, but I don't spend much time in cities and usually don't have "/shout" active. Maybe that's the difference?

I don't even block the shouts anymore. Its all spam /tell

You dont have to spend time in cities to get spammed. They always pm everyone, my blacklist is full as well but check and see if the names are deleted you can remove them to make more room.

I dunno, maybe Behemoth isn't as bad for /tell spamming?

yeah im sure it depends on the server, lately they havn't been spamming which is nice

You can safely remove most of them even if they aren't (Deleted). (Deleted) means the character has actually been deleted. When an account is banned, the characters aren't deleted from it (much like when you cancel your subscription, your characters are still there).

When I get full I delete the first 40 or so on my list. I've never had a problem.
