You don't have to - Yoshi is going to do it for you. Individual limit breaks would only hurt 4 man parties if you're trying to "only go with x" which as proven people have been doing all SMN runs of WP and AK no problem, which means "need SMN /tell plz!", it won't hurt 8 man setups (it definitely wouldn't hurt 24 man setups if Yoshi wasn't DF happy.)

Most people go in with a predefined setupf or 8 man encounters and those that doesn't relies on the DF which makes "need <job>!" mentality irrelevant since you can't choose who you get matched up with as proven by my Ifrit PLD, War, SCH, WHM, BRD, BRD, BRD, BRD setup. As long as there's some efficient way to do something, "need x" mentality will always exist. Always.

it exist but with individual limit break thing will become worst. As you mention ifrit so we ll take his fight as an exampler. Atm well know issue is ppl left the DF pt because of no BLM/SMN or 2 WAR, now if SMN doesnt has meteor and the pt have no BLM for meteor, ppl will left the DF and that will increase the DF quit rate (though ifrit hellfire can advoide by simply stoneskin + tank LB but that is to much to ask for in DF).
