Will we be able to vanity the non +1 version of our Relics?

I don't like the glowing effect on the +1 relics. It's tacky (Imo) and I just don't like the way it works aesthetically with armor in the game. I'd much prefer a way, at least when the vanity system is introduced, to disable the glow entirely. Anyone think it'll be possible?
