Turn 5 Palain looking for FC

I have experience through turn 5 ( 50% @ turn 5 ).

I have 4-5 allagan pieces, as well as 3-4 valor pieces and relic+1. I also have a 50 warrior, 40 white mage, 50 black mage with relic full dark light, 50 armorsmith, and 50 miner.

I am looking for a turn 5 raiding fc which raids 7-8 to midnight eastern weekday raiding guild. I can't raid on weekends. I have vent mumble, am also willing to get whatever voice program you use.

As I said I am looking for a raiding guild, that I can progress with.
