    [Linux] Unsupported Browser

    Did a quick search and couldn't find this already posted.

    Attempting to go to any part of the Lodestone in Firefox, Chrome, Chromium or Midori on any Linux distribution redirects to a page saying unsupported browser.

    Not entirely sure why this restriction was put in place, as I'm pretty sure the website will display correctly in all of those browsers.

    Is there reasoning behind this?

    I heard a rumor its because Firefox had some security issues with their browser?

    Could be wrong, sure someone knows the whole story...

    It loads fine in Firefox on Windows & OS X though

    I see, well I hate to play this card as I use a Linux OS myself, but its probably because of Linux being a severely underused OS.

    I dont know a whole lot about PCs, but I know Linux is the minority by far. So it stands to reason it wouldn't be supported everywhere I guess.

    You're probably right, but why even have the unsupported browser page in the first place? Seems like just sloppy/lazy programming from the web devs unless this was deliberately put in to prevent Linux machines to access them.
