What I find irritating about it is whenever he pops up, you hear everyone start screaming and yelling, and it doesn't stop until someone sends him on his way.

Who decided to make Revenant's Toll the gathering spot for all things endgame? Wolves' Den Pier is a much nicer place, and it even has a summoning bell!
