Title: One of our member's account was hacked and our gil and Crystals were stolen
Time: December 8th around 4:30 am Japan time
Frequency: First time as far as we are concerned
World Name: Yojimbo
Character Name: Kazu Kisaragi

Area and Coordinates: Company Chest

1. I was making the final collections for the company housing from our members
2. I received the moogle mail earlier, but did not deposit the gils until above mentioned time
3. When I went in to the chest, I saw sum of 2,600,000 gil for half of second and it went to 0 gils
4. On December 8th 3:00 pm Japan time, I find out that one of our officer who has access to our chest and gil has had their account hacked. He contacted me through a different toon.

No I doubt it... for more than few reasons.

Sounds like he stole the gil and crafted a story to mask it all. This way u guys can't come after him. Could be he was hacked and hes telling the truth but until u elaborate more we won't have enough info overall. Imho he took it not a hacker.

How do you prove you were hacked? it is matter of trust, right?

Well it could be your member that took it.

Questions you have to ask yourselves are:

1. How long has he been in your FC?
2. Does anyone know him, or does he have IRL friends that are in the same FC? If so ask them about him
3. Is his story solid or has he changed it at all when he explains it?

there are a few more questions you can add but those should be enough to somewhat deduce the truth.

And last but not least, once you put in a ticket to the support, you should get a GM that will investigate. Once that is done the GM will tell you whether it was THAT player that took the items/Gil or whether he was actually hacked.

They KNOW he didn't steal the gil BECAUSE...he was willing to give 1 million gil back to the bank to say I'm sorry I was hacked >.>

Not sure if you're trolling or not but if he did offer that, then it is most likely him that stole it.

A person that had their account hacked would not feel bad for the gil loss in the FC but moreso that his account and his personal gil was taken.
A player that has been hacked is not at fault so him feeling guilty about that and wanting to return some gil to the FC vault, smells fishy.
