Coil Turn 5 /weapon level 95 logic

So good king moogle mog is easier than titan hm (Yoshida puts it as above garuda hm in difficulty, but below titan hm), but gives a better weapon than titan hm?

Can someone explain this logic to me?

Titan is required for relic progression (which can be upgraded to ilvl90 unlike moogle weapons) and Moogle is simply a way to make Titan easier because you can fight him with better weapons. The weapons dropped by Titan were nothing more than something to show off anyway so even if Moogle is better who cares? People would rather get their relic instead of spamming Titan hoping for a drop.
