That's reasonable. As well, I still really like the idea of ranged DDs having access to the healer LB. Yeah, it doesn't come up often, but I completely appreciate those few times where the Bard has saved the group from a wipe with a well-timed Pulse of Life.

Well that only for a few fights in this game. Most of the time a group would never reach LB3 in every other content not in endgame since not many areas of content go pass LB2.

LB3 seems only exclusive to Final bosses in dungeons for 8 member dungeons or endgame contents that use 8 member parties.
