I'd really like to see a supporty limit break for bards. Restore a portion of everyones mana/TP, their next skill is insta-cast and up their damage/healing output for a few seconds or something of the sort.

Why not give the Bard a 20% Damage buff LB, which effects the whole party.
1 Bar = 10 Seconds
2 Bars = 20 Seconds
3 Bars = 30 Seconds
I think every class should have it's own limit break, which has been discussed before.
I also think the party size should be 5, and that bard's should be true supports like in FFXI (which would mean losing a lot of their dmg). To compensate Archers should be able to choose between being a bard or a "Musketeer/Ranger or w/e the name will be".

I think the LB should emphasize SE's vision of Bard being a utility class. As lurkios stated above, playing off their song ability would be ideal. Since the usefulness has to be on par with the level of damage the melee LB can output (so people have an option), I suggest the LBs be songs with amazing effects.
Level 1: doubles MP/TP regen rate for X seconds
Level 2: instantly restores everyone's MP/TP to full
Level 3: instantly restores everyone's MP/TP and all party member's skills cost 0 MP/TP for X seconds
These aren't balanced obviously, but are merely suggestions to form a base
But Final Heaven has some decent range in my opinion.

I vote against people making bogus "Vote for X" threads. Its the same arrogance that the OP of "Petition for vanity slots in 2.1!" had. Your "votes" here mean squat. You can provide feedback, but you cannot overrule anything. The devs have long-term plans in place and numerous hours are spent testing game balance. There is a reason why Bards dont have a damage limit break -- They are support. If you want to see a ranged damage limit break you're probably going to have to wait for Ranger or Musketeer.
In an interview with Famitsu, Yoshi P explains a new role will be added, and it will be the "Hybrid" class. Maybe then they will add a new LB. People seem to forget that Bard is a support class, not a DPS, and at the moment he is only being used as a DPS. You dont get a pew pew Limit cuz you are not a true DPS class you are hybrid and that role is still in the works. I assume Red Mage and Blue Mage might also fall under these Hybrid roles and i honestly have no clue what the new Limit might be for this role.
Yoshi stated the Game was designed for encounters to have 8 blocks, were 2 types of each role should fit in. 2 Tanks, 2 healers, 2 Hybrid and 2 DPS. That it isn't the only way to do things, but that it will be the way they want it. Maybe they can add this as a limit when they add Ranger or Corsair, but for bard, I think it's limit is perfect, you know, for a support role.
As it is I see bards never singing unless you ask, never have I seen a bard use mantra. And when you tell them to sing a song to help the party they usually say "but my dmg goes down 20%" and i'm like, yeah and it helps out 87% of the party...
People need to lose the mentality that bard is a Full DPS class. The game is in the works and going through a lot of changes to accommodate the new Role, and it seems we had bard thrown into the DPS role while we get more Hybrid classes, specially since Duty Finder queues might take even longer if you are waiting for 2 Hybrids and the only one would be bard.
On a side note, the Bard Limit might be different than the healer, maybe a cool Damage Buff like the Tank one, that helps out the full party, or a super strong effect like it gives haste/regen/refresh/stats+ to all party members. Then even if they add Red Mage this limit would be like buffs it can cast just like songs for Bard.

I'm not even asking for Range LB to be implamented now. I never mentioned any about adding the Range Limit Break now in my opening post.
I'm asking for them to make this Skill a Range LB when they release the Range LB. (Most likely once Musketeer or other Range class/jobs are released if they feel like it)
