I've never understood why we couldn't just have a high damage column attack for Ranger. Weaker than Melee LB, obviously, but in the same catagory as BLM LB - just a cone instead of a circle (Eagle Eye Shot seems like it would pierce, after all.)

It just seems silly to me that Bard, which has been relegated to being a DPS with some utility, is treated as a pure-support. Either make it a pure-support, or make it a DPS-hybrid. But the way bard is right now annoys me. It's just not a bard.
