    He's going to add much needed comic relief to XIV just like he did in 1.0. can't wait!

    Ummmm im not knocking Hildibrand but have you skipped the entire game or something? The whole game is littered with some very humorous dialogue.

    Really? XI had much more humor. However it has more story too. Anyone who remembers the Shantotto & Joker VS. Puppetmaster ToAU Fight?

    Aw, I feel like I'm totally missing out.. I'm new to FFXIV (I've been playing ARR since beta, but never played version 1.0) So can anyone fill me in on this Hildibrand guy, and what he's all about, what he does, what his quests are like etc? <3

    Hildribrand was just "added" and even the Devs said that they never expected him to become THIS Popular.

    Hildibrand is awesome... period!

    Oh, you. If we tell you then that spoils it all. He's a detective, basically, but really really need to see him for yourself to know what makes him special.
