    New to the forums need help please with issue ^^

    Hello, im struggling to navigate and find my way on here, i started the game on the ps3 basically, but with the rendering issues etc.. i decided to go over to the PC side for a smoother and overall better game-play experience so i purchased the PC version, at the time i had no idea i could use my Ps3 account on the PC, and that i didn't need to re-purchase the game again, im just trying to get my BLM whose level 30 transferred to my new PC version, but its a new account, i have submitted few tickets through log station but i cant seem to find the response from support team how do i check my status of my ticket i submitted? in game it just says retrieving information... and never loads so i cant see.

    If you made a new service account to which you registered the PC version, the only thing you can do is trying to chat with SE and see if they can merge them.
    If you made a new SE account that may be harder, but the only solution is still to contact SE.
