This isn't a dev problem. This is your personal problem since you are too lazy to do what it takes to get a proper group together. You're leaning on your FC for them to do it and then you get frustrated because they are doing it without you. However, you did not one bit of the leg work at all. You expect a hand out. Now you sit here and expect the devs to remove the lock out so those other FC members can join you just for your personal benefit.

What do you expect those players in your LS that are already completing coil to do? Level alts just so they can run with you? That's silly.
Do you have some problem with statics? Guess what? When I run with the same people every week that allows the 8 of us, as a group, to gear up and learn the battle. This leads to consistent victories each week and less wasting of my time. This is the ideal way that these things work. Even if I could run it multiple times a week I wouldn't. I'd still prefer my static that has a refined skill level due to the months we spent together ironing out our faults and gearing up. In no way do I want to fill the gaps in my other FC groups. Sure this might be nice from time to time, but under no circumstances do I want my FC to expect me to run 2 coil groups every single week just because the other group is too lazy to find a permanent member. I have other things going on throughout the week than helping every other person through the most difficult content in the game.
You feel left out due to this? What do you think happened to us? We wanted to run a proper end game instance because we saw other people doing it. So we recruited 8 people who weren't even coil ready yet. We spent those weeks getting Titan defeated for everyone and getting us all into the coil. Sure we may be a click now, but we earned that. Nothing, and I repeat, nothing is stopping you from grabbing 8 people and making a weekly schedule to do coil the same way we are. The only thing stopping you is this insane requirement that only people from your FC/LS help you. This is a personal limitation you are placing on yourself. You gain no pity from me since you don't even seem to want to try.

Also, why in gods name are you primarily organizing under linkshells? Freecompanies are way better for large groups of people like this, and they provide more bonuses. Endgame content is 8 man per group only and we cant even team up for crystal tower. FC's used for coil only runs is a bad match for something only done a few times a week. Make a proper FC to just hang out with friends and use LS's for small coil groups. Those small FC bonuses aren't enough of a benefit to coil runs to be worth organization FC's around that kind of content.
