Have you brought up this discussion with the current static group in your FC...asking maybe to take some of the other members, maybe swap some people around that don't need a certain piece of gear on one of the turns, never hurts to ask and bring up issues with your fellow members, they might be kind enough to bring in other members to run BC with...but you won't know unless you ask.
