Coil = Segregation

In the name of progress in this game, Coil is a flaw. It has now created inner circles within my LS. Leaving me and those like me to look for new Linkshells and sadly to create more statics leaving linkshells and or FCs to be very small.

In other words 1 LS can only create 1 FC. A player can only join 1 FC. The benefits of FC worth noting is status buffs.

FC should be limited to at most 24 players (3 different statics). LS should have the capability to have multiple FCs or the player should have the capability to have multiple FCs.

Thanks SE.. you've just turned my LS into nothing more than a social LS to me with a couple of inner circles who do all the events together leaving out others.

LS are ment to be chat channels.. run coil with ur FC and if you cant man another group wait a week or recruit more players.. If you wanna jump ship over not doing coil I guess its not a quality FC anyway.

The same can be said about any MMO though. Progression is progression, naturally you want to get a solid group that can do well consistently and stick to said group. That said, you should join a FC with goals similar to your own.

They can fix this by allowing pre-mades to enter CT and future 24 man raids

But you know, Square Enix takes forever to catch up to the rest of the world, HD Towns are hard and all.

LS are ment to be chat channels.. run coil with ur FC and if you cant man another group wait a week or recruit more players.. If you wanna jump ship over not doing coil I guess its not a quality FC anyway.

It's forcing me to quit my current FC which is from my original LS back in 1.0. Then I have to find a reliable group for static in order to progress in Coil. In other words.. because Coil is limited (locks you out of going backwards or forward) it segregates people into one group and only that one group unless they find someone in the same "completion" of coil.

I'd like to treat an LS more than just social. But if this is the direction we're going.. I might as well make good friends with 7 other people and static everything else until we have alliance events.

They've left everyone behind.. lol.. according to the members there's about 16 members in our FC that are doing coil, and they are the only ones doing coil together.. yet we have 88 members in total in our LS and 65 in our FC. Thus making FC valuable only for status buffs for those of us who are not part of the inner circle in our LS.

Linkshells and free companies are different things. Linkshells are meant for social, FC are supposedly for more content focused our grouping together players with similar goals. I run with a static for coil, and it happens to be a mixture of the above.

I guess my point is, don't limit yourself to just partner with people in a LS or FC if it doesn't suit you. Typically, it's best to run with players of the same skill, and time zone preferences.

LS was never meant to be more then a social window. and yes go makes friends with the same game times and form a raid.. a FC dosent need to do this for u.. if you really want to shout for static and make a LS just for that group.. Do you want your FC leader to hand you a raid group? thats not there job.. if you wanna raid than figure it out.. this is the way most MMOs do it.

WHAT? so if 2 groups are static.. than make more.. you ahve enough players.. they dont leave people behind they just ahve there group..

I see, then maybe you should try to form your own static or join another FC that would need to complete their statics for Bahamut.

So I should start shouting for the next month to put together a group in order to start events together.. in hopes that the first group that's put together gets along and are well skilled enough to achieve progress, right?
