Crafting Dyes

I am now the correct level (lv30) as Weaver to craft dyes but I dont seem to have it on my list. I have checked various websites like xivdb and ffxivguild to see if there any quests i need to do (like with the materia) but nothing suggests how i can get the dyes to appear on the list.

Can someone show me what i'm doing wrong or where to go? I already have crystals and dye pigments from mining...

Bottom left corner under "Special Recipes" in your Crafting Log. If I remember correctly, the list shows up either at LV30 or when your able to do LV30 recipes.

Actually there is a quest you may have missed.

Its a lvl 15 quest in Western Than, Vesper Bay. You bring a woman some Orange Juice, (which can be bought at the Coffin and Coffer, in central Than I believe.)

If you've done that already then its just like the above comment states.

I've done that quest (beileve its called color my world?). A new one popped up in central than for materia melding II but couldnt see snything either there or western for dyes
There no 'Special Recipes' appearing on the crafting log at all. I could be realy blind though

As far as I know there is no quest needed - once you hit lvl 30 on any craft it will be added to your crafting list - it's a bit "hidden" though - look at the bottom left corner section of recepie's list - can't make screenshot right now but if you post yours I can check / mark it for you.

It's at the bottom of your crafting levels. On the sidebar on the left you see the crafting levels, with the recipes under each level range. Down at the bottom under the list you'll see Dyes.

I don't think you need to do the level 30 class quest to unlock this, but can't swear to it. I could always check tonight. I'm at 29 GSM and will hit 30 tonight. I'll see if the Dyes pop up automatically.

EDIT: The second you hit 30 Dyes appears on your crafting list on the left.
