What rank guildleves should i be taking?

I am a R18 conjurer in Limsa on Trabia. As of right now, I am having trouble gaining SP due to the monsters and guildleves from Skull Valley giving me an underwhelming amount.

My weapon is R12 but there isnt anything higher in the wards or if it is its two high to the point that it wouldn't help me anymore than the R12 wand i have.

My question is, should i start doing Bloodshore leves? Or will i get royally stomped. Should I just grind it out?

I think you could do Bloodshore leves on a 1-2 star solo, or just shout at Bloodshore and see if anyone wants to join you if you want to be safe.

You'll do fine at bloodshore. If you are soloing, just do 1 star for a few levels.

Thanks. It might have to be solo. I just got there today and it was desolate of any players. Let me see what i can do.

For the fastest route to 50, forget about leves til you have the r30 ones. You should be doing rank 30 leves with an experienced group if you have them available (They become available at 23, so will only show up if his in not your first class to 23). If it's not your first class to 20, you can use the botter's method to power level to 20 in three hours from rank 1. The botter's method is to get a group of sub 20 folks together with 1 r50 then have the r50 kill everything in sight.

(I'm not advocating afk grinding here, just assisted leveling.)

I just tried all three available leves for bloodshore and got stomped. I should probably find a party.

Seriously, try power leveling 'til you get r30 leves. Since that's where the really good leves start.

move to Thanalan, Ul'Dah region like the rest of the entire server.

at least take a trip to uldah's wards, they tend to be stocked a bit better.

i think i spammed Rosling By Any Other Name at R14, which is a bloodshore leve, i believe that gave the most SP. it is very easy as a mage. Pro/Skin/Spikes > Profundity > Nuke spam. You can even do 2-3star the Weevil group then lower to 1-2 the Ladybug group.
