Unable to progress in "The Unending War"

Hello! I and a couple others have experienced this issue as well.

Speak with Edmelle >

Clicking on Edmelle creates no text-box. Can not progress in-game story because NPC isn't triggering the quest. Can not continue with story. Only indication of right-clicking is that my action bars become greyed-out for a split second before cancelling the action.

Any update on this yet? I know someone who is stuck on this and cannot progress.

Also on Excalibur I am trying to advance the quest and when you have to speak to Edmelle you cannot initiate dialogue with her. Upon right clicking her the UI flashes and a notification sound is played but no dialogue sequence initiates. No right click option that works. The two images show the UI flash and the quest icon above her head but, restarting the client, computer, and my internet connection do not resolve this issue as well as many others having the same issue coming in and out of the building. The issue was found by me at least yesterday and is still not resolved today.

Ok dear GM or DEV obviously this is just an issue on Excalibur Server, Everyone that has posted is on Excalibur. Anyone know if this is fixed yet? My friend cannot progress anymore in the main story due to this.

I can confirm that this issue is still not resolved and yes only an issue on Excalibur as far as I know.

I am sorry that it has been a bit since we have gotten back to you about this particular situation. I can understand how frustrating it is to not be able to progress in the story for each of you. Rest assured that this has been brought to the attention of our superiors, and they are currently escalating it to the team who takes care of this sort of issue (Unresponsive NPCs and whatnot). Hopefully we should see a resolution shortly since it is currently being looked into. Thank you all for your continued patience!
