I am sorry that it has been a bit since we have gotten back to you about this particular situation. I can understand how frustrating it is to not be able to progress in the story for each of you. Rest assured that this has been brought to the attention of our superiors, and they are currently escalating it to the team who takes care of this sort of issue (Unresponsive NPCs and whatnot). Hopefully we should see a resolution shortly since it is currently being looked into. Thank you all for your continued patience!
