    Account help

    I was wondering if anyone might have a phone number for square or some way to contact them. I have not logged on in a month and i get an email this last night saying my account has been suspended, so i reset the pw and such and still cant get in. The support stuff just keeps running me in a circle. Anyway appreciate any input on the number or a email.

    I payed for 3 months a while back so it should be. " but there is no additional assistance button.

    It might be based on payment method - if your payment method declines SE drawing on the fees (ala, a credit card/debit card), particularly during a continuous 'reoccuring' subscription, SE will immediately suspend your account. You have to sort out the issue with the card issuer/bank first so that the card is registered as 'valid' and then re-register it as your payment method on the Mogstation/SE Account Management System. Once that's done you should be able to reactivate your account.

    I am guessing that is the issue.

    I am sorry to hear you are having trouble with your account. This sounds like it would require support center assistance. You can reach them by going Here. Scroll to the bottom of the screen and choose "Contact Us" and fill out all the necessary information. I am going to close this thread.
