WAR should be about the same as a PLD.

Nah, there's too many differences between myth armour. PLD gloves are better than Allagan, where Warrior gloves are the exact same. PLD also gets a pile of ACC on their relic, but WAR doesn't, so we have to make that up in other places.

Is 475 enough for coil?

It is enough for turns 1-4, and you can probably get away with it for 5... ideally though you want around 485 after food for turn 5.
