I do remember i had to go into something and change a few number but do not remember when i did this. Can someone please assist so i can get this running on my PC. Thanks.

Ah, the old script error bug. This bug is caused by your version of Internet Explorer actually not being up to date (version 9 I think is the bare minimum it works with), because the launcher uses IE as a shell to display information. There's two ways around this - the first is simply update your version of Internet Explorer, it should fix the issue.

The other way is you have to open the 'FFXIVBoot.cfg' file in Notepad, found in the 'Final Fantasy XIV A Realm Reborn' folder within 'My Documents>My Games' (assuming you installed the game in the default file path), and change two entries carefully: the first is 'EULACompleted' - this will have a '0' next to it, but you need to change this to '1' (without the commas). The second entry needed to be changed is 'B4EULAgreement', this will also have a zero so change this to 1. Make sure the two number 1s are in the exact spot otherwise an error might occur. You may also still occasionally get more script errors after this, but usually all you have to is click 'Yes' on the error message and then 'OK' at the bottom (usually this happens when SE announces upcoming server maintenance).

I have no idea on how legal this would be though, as it involves changing config entries that register the acceptance of Square Enix's End User License Agreement to use the software. In any event, it may pay to inquire with a Community Rep first before doing this.
