I wanted to make this post to try and express what this Guild means to me (but there's a character limit, so I'll have to split the post - sorry). And by "guild", I mean both WoL and Scrum. I realise we're technically two guilds, but I've come to think of us as one and the same.

As some of you know, I moved to Lich from Gilgamesh along with Kaze. It was a very busy server, and we ran a wonderful guild of our own on there, but sadly, with it being an NA server, the time differences were just too vast when it came to finding end-game progression groups and we had to make a decision. And, let me tell you, it really wasn't an easy one. We loved our guild members, our friends, and we knew that most of them wouldn't be able to follow our server jump as they were in the time zones that suited the Gilgamesh server.

We took some time to consider all our options, and were eventually convinced to move to Lich as that's where we already knew some players in real life, and we had been invited to their guild.

When the time finally came for us to make the move, I was excited about journeying to somewhere different, nervous about what kind of people we would meet, and sad because we were leaving so many lovely people behind. It really wasn't all that different from moving house in real life.

But it wasn't long after the move that I began to feel like we had make a big mistake...

We joined our friends' guild and were excited at the prospect of playing with people we knew, and meeting new friends too. But we didn't exactly receive the warmest of welcomes. Instead, what we got from the other members were "Who are you?", "What are you doing here?" and "I wasn't aware we were getting new members.".

We learned very quickly that the guild was nothing more than a clique. Although the people who knew us in real life may have been happy to have us along, they were barely ever online. And the rest of the guild had their exclusive friends and didn't seem interested in making any new ones.

Whenever we logged on and greeted the guild via the FC chat, we were met with silence. And it wasn't because no one was there. They were simply ignoring us.

This was not what we wanted from a guild.

We had left our guild behind for this. Our friends. Our fun, active, server. We could have gone to any EU server, but we moved to Lich for these friends.

On top of our new unfriendly guild, and our almost empty server, my favourite raid was ruined by yet more unfriendly players. Crystal Tower had always been a favourite of mine, but after running it several times, I not only found that people on the EU servers had a god-awful tactic for tanking the Bone Dragon, but the servers seemed full of complete assholes.

I became very upset due to all of the above, and I began considering a move back to Gilgamesh. I was really unhappy on Lich and with the people we has encountered. On top of that, the server was dead compared to our old one, and the main reason we changed from an NA to an EU server was to find end-game progression groups. But there were none. The Party Finder would rarely have more than one group recruiting, and it was never for Coil.

Hi I'm relatively new to the MMO world i own the game on PC but recently picked up the PS4 version too as it runs slightly better on my PS4 and just to generally get some use out of my PS4 i'll probably be playing there mostly i'm lvl 24 gladiator thats been looking for some people to chat with and play the game with i've never really joined any guilds in games before so i don't how that particularly works but if your still looking i'd definitely consider joining you.

Oh also i've never tanked in a game before i chose gladiator thinking it was DPS but have slowly been learning (and enjoying my tanking role) but help would be much appreciated.

Thank you very much i tried searching for your officers but couldn't find any of them through player search but i'll be very happy to join a friendly FC and maybe make some friends after about 30 or 40 hours on my own Eorzia has gotten a little bit lonely. lol
