Just on the off chance, can we lose the arms on the Behemoth Barding? They make it look ridiculous, I'd use it if it wasn't for those cumbersome, dangling arms on the front.

... You mean the leg-guards for the rider?
Yeah, the enormous, fugly leg guards. Seriously, it looks like the poor bird is carrying a steam locomotive on it's chest.
Unfortunately, the Sleipnir barding got smacked with the same ugly stick. I had really hoped that it would be cool armor in the same style as Sleipnir's, not horse cosplay for chocobos.

That would ruin the look of it, those are supposed to resemble the behemoth's legs (which they do).
And more to the point, they're just like on the crested barding, they're designed to protect the legs of the rider.
Okay personal preference I guess, but they're huge! They just hang there like two extra appendages.
You could always mix and match your barding. Put a body piece you enjoy on your bird instead.
Side note: As much as I love my Odin barding, behemoth's fat legs don't hold a candle to the ridiculousness of my birds derpy front horse legs. XD
yeah the dangly legs in front of both bardings is incredibly stupid, and I will never use either.
