Unable to update my game client, it keeps dc'ing me from the update server.

After i restored my pc to factory settings, i downloaded the game, and i have been unable for 2 straights days to update my client, it starts fine but then after a while it starts going down till it eventually kicks me out of the update server. the connection never ever goes below 0.45mbps.

I already talked with my isp (liberty PR) which happens to be cable internet and the speed is not an issue here, the issue is the constant disconnecting from the update server for no apparent reason and the client not resuming the download where it left off, instead i have to start all over again.

any fix to this??

P.S. if the client had a resume option built in with the times i had try to restart the update it would have been completed already... I thought the game client was suppose to continue where it left off and resume the download without having to start all over again?
